Earth Fault Circuit Breaker/ Earth Fault Protection
New regulations (NEK 400:2014-722 standard) require that all new current courses to be used to charge an electric car or a plug-in hybrid must have an earth fault protection / earth fault circuit breaker type B and overvoltage protection. The requirements must be met whether you install a charging station or a dedicated socket on your own course to charge the electric car or plug-in hybrid.
