Quality has always been fundamental to the development and production of POLYLUX. All products are designed, manufactured and tested according to current international standards. POLYLUX has 50 years of experience in the production of transformers, safety equipment and power, which means that you, as a customer, can rest assured you are receiving a quality product.
"Dry type" transformer is delivered in a laquer finish which provides:
- Increased protection
- Better electrical insulation
- High compression capacity
- Reduced noise level
- Increased product life
Isolation Transformer The Isolation transformer clean and local power grid without earth faults (galvanic isolation) which is practical if you have earth faults that cause problems with charging or if you want to charge the Renault ZOE. The transformer scales up 400V/3-phase to 230V/3-phase so that it is possible to charge faster if the car supports 3-phse charging. Cars like Tesla Model S/X, Renault ZOE and BMW i3 are a few cars that support this. If you want a 230V/1-phase isolation transformer, you can find it here (her).
We can deliver the isolator transformer in IP23 enclosure in the following sizes:
If you only need to scale up a 230V/3-fas to 400V/3-phase without a galvanic separation, an auto transformer will be your solution. This allows for 3-phase charging and thus faster charging as long as the car supports this. An auto transformer is the cheapest way to get 400V for vehicle charging from a 230V/3-phase power main.
We can supply auto transformers in IP65 enclosures in the following sizes:
|Primary- Intake Current
|Number kVa on Transformer||Secondary - Output Current
|Charge Effect||Product Sheet|
Reminder that it must be secured on the primary and secondary side to avoid overloading the transformer. Delivery time is about 4 weeks.
