"Dry type" transformer is delivered in a laquer finish which provides:

Isolation Transformer The Isolation transformer clean and local power grid without earth faults (galvanic isolation) which is practical if you have earth faults that cause problems with charging or if you want to charge the Renault ZOE. The transformer scales up 400V/3-phase to 230V/3-phase so that it is possible to charge faster if the car supports 3-phse charging. We can deliver the isolator transformer in IP23 enclosure in the following sizes:
Auto Transformer
If you only need to scale up a 230V/3-fas to 400V/3-phase without a galvanic separation, an auto transformer will be your solution. This allows for 3-phase charging and thus faster charging as long as the car supports this. An auto transformer is the cheapest way to get 400V for vehicle charging from a 230V/3-phase power main.
