Charging Facility — Tomasjordnes Residential Cooperatives, Tromsø

Strandlandet Housing Association, Tomasjordnes Lamella 3 Cooperative, and the Start Living Owner's Cooperative share a garage consisting of a total of 143 spaces. All three cooperatives/housing associations wanted a joint and future-oriented charging facility. The choice fell on Zaptec Pro. The system balances loads and phases for optimal utilization of the capacity. With integrated RFID and electricity meter, there is flexibility, and they have the freedom to outsource the administration or to manage the payment of electricity consumption themselves.
