Park•N•Go does not set the parking time correctly, what could be wrong?

The clock/watch may be incorrectly set. It is important that you set it correctly, including the date, otherwise, this can lead to it showing the wrong parking time and incorrect automatic adjustment between summer and winter time. You set the watch and date by holding down the SET button for a couple of seconds and selecting with +/-.

I don't have a Park•N•Go parking meter. Can I still use the APP?

Yes, you can. The APP and the parking meter are not connected. The APP uses the phone's GPS and is available to all iPhone and Android users.

My car has a UV-protected windshield (athermic windshield). Will this affect the function of the Park•N•Go parking meter?

No, this will not affect the parking meter, and it will function both in parking garages and between tall buildings.

My car has Stop & Go technology (auto start-stop), and I feel that my current electronic parking meters are not working as they should. How does this work with Park•N•Go?

Park•N•Go also works with newer cars with this technology.

Is Park•N•Go legal?

Can my Park•N•Go be removed and moved to another car?

Yes, that is also no problem. We recommend using original Park•N•Go 3M self-adhesive pads. It is also important that all pads are in contact with the window for optimal function when the parking meter is moved. Furthermore, it is important to thoroughly clean and degrease the windshield before mounting. Disassembly of the parking meter is easiest with a utility knife with a long blade.

How does Park•N•Go work?

When you park your car, Park•N•Go will automatically display the parking start time and round up to the nearest quarter (15min).

How long do the batteries in the parking meter last?

Battery life is highly dependent on use and weather conditions, and not least the quality of the batteries used. We recommend alkaline batteries for the longest durability, which can vary from six months to two years, depending on use, climate, and battery quality. When there is approximately 1-2 months of battery life left, Park•N•Go will emit an audible signal every time you start the car. Battery life deteriorates during particularly cold periods. Model FS13 uses AAA batteries and FS18 uses CR2450.

It doesn't work when I try to test it by shaking it by hand.
No, it takes more to activate the parking meter. It must have forward movement (built-in G-sensor), and the parking meter does not set the clock until after about 1 minute of driving.
