The CCS 2 to CHAdeMO adapter allows you to fast charge electric vehicles with CHAdeMO. Older Asian cars such as Nissan LEAF, Kia Soul, Outlander PHEV have CHAdeMO input. In Europe, CCS type 2 has been adopted as the standard, and therefore older cars need such an adapter to fast charge. The adapter is compact and is first clicked into the car when fast charging, and then the CCS 2 plug from the fast charger is connected.

The adapter comes with a 3500 mAh battery, and it is important to ensure it is charged before use, and recharged before it runs empty. It takes approximately 15 hours to fully charge the battery via a USB-C port.
