The CCS 2 to CHAdeMO adapter gives you the ability to fast charge electric vehicles with CHAdeMO. Older cars from Asia such as the Nissan LEAF, Kia Soul, Outlander PHEV have CHAdeMO inlets. In Europe, CCS type 2 is adopted as standard and therefore older cars need such an adapter to be able to fast charge. The adapter is compact and is first clicked into the car when fast charging, and then connected to the CCS 2 plug from the fast charger.

The adapter comes with a 3500 mAh battery and it is important to make sure it is charged before use, and to charge it before it runs out. It takes approximately 15 hours to fully charge the battery through a USB-C port.

Can I use this on all cars?
No, this will only work on cars with CCS 1 intake in the car (American electric vehicles).
