- Repair time is normally 2-4 business days
We offer repair of charging cables for electric vehicles. Have you accidentally damaged the plug? Cut the cable with a snowblower? Burned/scorched the schuko plug? Drop by or send your charging cable in the mail to us with your contact information. We'll repair it as soon as possible and send it back.

The price is for the repair and excludes materials like charging cable / charging plugs. If we can't fix the cable or if the job will be very costly, you pay nothing.

Warranty
We are proud of our products and it is important to us that you as a customer are satisfied. Our warranty means that the item should function as expected throughout the warranty period (this in addition to your rights under the Consumer Purchases Act).
