Solid screws in acid-resistant stainless steel that are black-oxidized for better finish and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel with A4 has a long service life. Perfect for use in environments with high humidity, chemical exposure or other challenging conditions. The screws have a pan-head head shape with torx (T25).

The black oxidation process is a chemical conversion coating for ferrous materials and stainless steel. The coating provides mild corrosion resistance, a black appearance and minimizes light reflection.

Maximum corrosion resistance is achieved by post-oxidation oil treatment. One of its advantages over other coatings is its minimal dimensional change.

The process is controlled according to overall parameters in the process description, for consistent results and quality. The process is carried out according to KVS 50, MIL – DTL – 13924D, ISO 11408.
The surface is in accordance with the RoHS directive.
